Committee moved to approve the sponsor's proposal to restore the remaining seven windows on the ground floor of the 4401 Clark Avenue building with intact transoms and bronze paint color to match the recently installed vinyl windows on the second floor. For the 4405 Clark Avenue building, the Committee moved approval of four new aluminum windows, to include transoms, all with the same bronze-colored finish. |
